Francisca Owumi, who was the runner-up on the show’s inaugural season in 2006, d!ed on August 29, 2024.
Her family announced the news on social media, requesting peace for her soul.
Francisca Owumi was known for her dancing skills and appeared on the show alongside other notable contestants, including Katung Aduwak, Ebuka Obi Uchendu, and Gideon Okeke.
After the show, Francisca briefly pursued a music career, releasing singles such as “Diva” and “Gbadun You.”
