Melinda French Gates, former wife of Bill Gates, was seen sporting a massive diamond ring on her engagement finger after arriving in New York City via private helicopter.
Accompanied by an assistant, she looked cheerful, carrying a pricey Chanel bag and wearing a light spring outfit.
While there’s been no official engagement announcement, Melinda has reportedly been dating former Fox reporter Jon Du Pre. Bill Gates has also been seen with Paula Hurd.
Melinda, 59, opened up about her split with Bill, saying it was a collection of things that led to their breakup. Despite their divorce, they continue to work on their foundation.
Melinda seemed happy, stepping off the helicopter, showcasing her new ring, and embracing her life post-divorce.
