Bobrisky has criticised people who have distanced themselves from socialite Afolabi Kazeem Micheal, popularly known as KC Luxury, following his reported arrest by the National D.rug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
The controversial social media personality spoke out after some individuals who were previously associated with KC Luxury reportedly began denying their relationship with him following the drug-related allegations.
Bobrisky described the reactions as hypocrisy, questioning why some people who were comfortable associating with KC Luxury before his arrest suddenly became vocal about him after the development.
Taking to his page, Bobrisky wrote:
“Nigerians are the biggest hypocrites,” Bobrisky wrote. “So many of you have a lot to say about KC Luxury now, but you couldn’t say any of it to his face before he got arrested. Many of you were busy kissing his ass before his arrest, but the moment he got arrested, you suddenly found your voices and opinions.”
“Fear human beings o, especially men! If you think men don’t secretly envy each other, then you’re lying to yourself,” he said.
He said the reaction from people who were close to him was disappointing. According to him, there is a difference between condemning an alleged offence and abandoning someone because of it.
“I will never deny any of my friends regardless of his/her offense. I will condemn his act but still stand tall for him or her.
“I can see some of his friends denying him, what a pity!.
“2026 nobody dey get bestie again o.”, he wrote.
The development followed the NDLEA’s seizure of 184.5kg of co.caine, valued at about $27.7 million, from a logistics company in Lagos. KC Luxury and a logistics company employee were reportedly arrested in connection with the consignment.
