Carter Efe took to Twitter to express his disdain for Lil Smart, claiming that he had been texting his girlfriend, and how unqualified he is, cause he begs Naira Marley for favors.
When a user suggested that Carter Efe’s girlfriend was interested in Lil Smart, Carter Efe fired back with a biting insult. “Reply who? Person way dey bleach,”, he replied, implying that Lil Smart bleaches his skin.
