Toyosi Etim Effiong, wife of Nollywood actor Daniel Etim Effiong, has said infidelity is not a reason for her to walk away from her marriage
Toyosi made the statement while speaking on a recent episode of the Toke Moments podcast, where she shared her views on marriage, commitment and faith.
According to her, cheating is not enough to end a marriage, stressing that prayer and spiritual support matter more to her.
“Cheating is not a dealbreaker for me. I even created a prayer group, Wives of Entertainers Prayer Group, to pray for our husbands so that Jezebels will not carry them,” she said.
She explained that instead of leaving her marriage over infidelity, she chooses to rely on faith and prayer to protect her home and keep her marriage strong.
Toyosi also said love, patience and good communication are key to a lasting marriage, adding that both partners must make deliberate efforts to understand each other.
