Middlesbrough midfielder, Gaston Ramirez has suffered a horrific gash to his shin after a studs-up challenge from Brighton’s Dale Stephens during the sides’ 1-1 stalemate.
Ramirez needed oxygen to deal with the shock before being taken off on a stretcher while Stephens was sent off. See more photos below.
