Classy Jesters, whose real name is Olatunde Olawuyi, has initiated legal action against fellow content creator Pamilerin, seeking N500 million in compensation for alleged defamatory statements made on social media
The lawsuit alleges that Pamilerin’s August 15, 2024, post insinuated that Classy Jesters was living a “fake life” and questioned the ownership of a Mercedes-Benz.
Classy Jesters’ legal representatives argue that this post constitutes defamation, degradation, and cyberbullying, resulting in reputational damage and emotional distress.
The lawsuit demands:
1. Immediate removal of the defamatory statements
2. A public apology on Pamilerin’s social media platforms
3. N500 million in damages for reputational harm, emotional distress, and consequential losses
If these demands are not met within seven days, Classy Jesters’ legal team intends to pursue further legal action against Pamilerin for defamation, cyberbullying, and other applicable legal remedies.
