A social media content creator, Muhammed Kabir Sa’ad, has been arrested by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Kaduna for allegedly abusing the Nigerian currency
Sa’ad, known on TikTok and Instagram as @youngcee0066, posted a video in which he was seen throwing Naira notes on the floor, stepping on them, and daring EFCC officials in Hausa language to arrest him if they could.
Following the viral video, EFCC operatives tracked and arrested him in the Tudun Wada area of Kaduna State. He was then taken to the commission’s Zonal Directorate in Kaduna for interrogation.
According to the EFCC, Sa’ad will be charged to court once the investigation is concluded.
