Khudrah Mosunmola, the wife of skit maker Cute Abiola, has responded to a woman who mocked her appearance and claimed she looks older than her husband because of the physical changes that came with motherhood.
The woman had written:
“This lady will senior this man in age, oh. Older than him”.
Khudrah didn’t let the comment slide. Instead, she pointed to everything her body has gone through in the last few years, saying every change came with sacrifices she gladly made for her family.
Khudrah said the changes in her body are the result of everything she has endured in the past five years, including multiple pregnancies, three Caesarean sections and an ectopic pregnancy.
She said she would choose her journey into motherhood over online criticism any day, adding that having her two healthy sons means far more to her than the opinions of strangers.
She wrote:
“Me in 2023, months after marriage!
So yeah, you’re right.
2 healthy boys in the space of 3 years.
3CS in the space of 4 years
6-5 pregnancy in the space of 5 years.
1 ectopic pregnancy within the same 5 years
If my body can survive all this and most of you all still come to type rubbish here, then you all won.
So far, I have my beautiful two boys. Then jokes on you.
