Nigerian broadcaster Daddy Freeze has condemned the actions of a gym that allowed an unflattering photo of actress Nkechi Blessing to be taken and circulated online.
The photo, showing Blessing during a workout, circulated and sparked widespread body-shaming on social media.

Reacting to the incident, Daddy Freeze said:
“Nigerian Gyms, this is an embarrassment. How can someone take a picture of your client and post it online to mock them? We need to see the CCTV to identify the person responsible. If not, your gym is a useless gym. You failed to protect your client’s privacy. This is unfair, and she is being trolled online. This is wrong.”
The incident has reignited discussions on privacy and respect in public spaces, highlighting the need to safeguard individuals’ rights to their own images and bodies.
Nkechi Blessing has also spoken out, expressing frustration over the invasion of her privacy and the online ridicule. She stressed the importance of respecting personal space and dignity, regardless of one’s public profile.
