Davido has cooked Bashir Ahmad over his response to his tweet on X
The singer had excitedly tweeted about witnessing HISTORY, when President Bola Ahmed Tinubu called his uncle, the Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke and said he has ordered the EFCC to unfreeze Osun State Government’s bank account which was earlier freezed.
Bashir then responded to his tweet, saying he hopes the singer will truly be able to talk about history after August 15 election, where his uncle is running again for a 2nd term in office.
Davido then mocked him, and reminded him that, he Bashir only got 15 votes in his primaries.
Not letting that slide, he fired back, asking Davido how many Grammys he has won.
Before the singer could respond, his fans reminded Bashir that Davido came out top 5 (final nominees) out of thousands of songs that were submitted, which automatically makes him a winner.
The singer however, also replied the politician and that was where the COOKING actually took place. Lol.

“You measure success by one award. I measure it by sold-out arenas, billions of streams, global influence, and people singing my songs across continents.
“You had government backing and still couldn’t convince enough people to back you in your small constituency..
“You’re a small boy who came into politics by accident.. You spent 8yrs with the ex president and couldn’t make a change in your poverty stricken community..
“We all have different trophies Bashir, I’ll keep inspiring the young ones and generations to come while you wait for the next government job to get crumbs.
