Drew Sidora raises ab%se claims in divorce case against Ralph Pittman

Real Housewives star Drew Sidora’s ongoing divorce from her estranged husband Ralph Pittman has escalated into a highly contentious legal battle involving custody, finances, and serious allegations made in court filings.

The couple, who were married in 2014, began facing public signs of marital strain in recent years. Their relationship issues became more visible through The Real Housewives of Atlanta, where tensions around trust, communication, and alleged infidelity were discussed on and off camera.

By 2023, Drew had filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, with both parties also leveling claims and counterclaims involving misconduct and breakdowns in the marriage.

Since then, the split has moved into a difficult courtroom dispute involving their children and shared assets. One of the most significant rulings so far granted Ralph Pittman primary custody of their children, following hearings that included concerns about school attendance issues raised in court.

According to TMZ, Drew is now asking the court to revisit a separate ruling that would require her to vacate the couple’s Georgia home. She argues that she cannot afford to move out and claims the decision could leave her without stable housing.

She also made additional allegations in her recent court submission, saying she previously provided evidence she believes shows Ralph physically disciplining their son.

TMZ said, Drew claims she submitted a video supporting this allegation and further states that Ralph had previously acknowledged the incident in 2024, though he reportedly denied it during a later court appearance in 2026.

Beyond custody and parenting disputes, Drew also raised concerns about the couple’s financial situation, alleging they are significantly behind on mortgage payments, which she says further complicates her ability to relocate.

Ralph Pittman has not publicly responded to the latest allegations, and his legal representative has declined comment. The court has yet to rule on Drew’s renewed request regarding the housing order.

At this stage, the divorce remains ongoing, with key issues including custody, property rights, and the allegations raised by both sides still unresolved in court.
