Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson confirmed that he wore a bodysuit to portray his character Maui in Disney’s live-action remake of ‘Moana’.
The 52-year-old actor, currently promoting ‘Moana 2’, was recently spotted on set in Hawaii, showcasing a muscular physique and Maui’s iconic tattoos.
Fans speculated on social media that his impressive form might not be entirely natural.
Addressing the rumors in an interview with ‘Extra’, Johnson revealed that the transformation involved a bodysuit.
“That’s a suit that took a long time to put on,” he admitted, adding with a laugh, “So, I’m so happy you said, ‘You bulked up,’ because that means you couldn’t tell.”
