Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Faith, has officially received the new Innoson vehicle he won during the show, despite being disqualified just days before the season ended
Faith, who was evicted on October 2 following a heated altercation with fellow contestant Sultana, was confirmed by the show’s organisers to still be entitled to all prizes he earned before his exit, including the N38 million Innoson car.
A video shared on TikTok by Obum Osigwe, General Manager of Sales Operations at Innoson Vehicles, showed the 25-year-old inspecting his new ride with excitement. The clip, captioned “Faith finally picks up his Innoson vehicle. Congratulations,” captured him testing out the electric car and asking, “Is it charged… how do I know the battery level?” before noticing the display that showed its charge status.
The confirmation of his car delivery silenced critics who had speculated that Faith’s disqualification might cost him the prize—especially since Season 10 winner, Imisi, received her car immediately after the show’s conclusion on October 5.
Faith’s fans, fondly called “The Faithful,” flooded social media with celebratory messages. One user, @chachajoe, wrote, “I’m so happy for him. Despite all the talk, he got his car. Congratulations, Faith!” Another fan, @chiomachin96837, added, “We finally collected it! My baby keeps winning!”
Supporters also mocked online critics, noting that the backlash over Faith’s earlier comment calling the Innoson car “lil” had achieved nothing.
Faith’s latest milestone confirms that disqualified or evicted contestants in Big Brother Naija still retain any prizes won before their exit, regardless of controversy.
