Rapper Falz has demanded an immediate retraction of alleged defamatory statements made by VDM on social media or a legal action would be taken against him
Falz’s lawyers served VDM a letter demanding the withdrawal and retraction of the defamatory statements.
The controversy began with an audio recording of Bobrisky, where it was alleged Falz demanded the sum of N10m to get Bob a presidential pardon while in prison.
VDM then attacked Falz’ personality.
Though the leaked audio remains unconfirmed.
Falz has however denied the accusations, calling them “false” and “malicious.”
The demands in the letter requires VeryDarkMan to:
1. Withdraw the defamatory statements
2. Issue a public apology
3. Retract all publications containing the allegations
Failure to comply may lead to further legal action.
