Femi Adebayo’s estranged wife, Omotayo Iyanaaladuke has reflected on her 40th birthday that gave fans a rare glimpse into the struggles she faced following the collapse of her marriage to the veteran actor
The mother of one shared a throwback photograph revealing that the image was actually taken four years ago when she turned 40.
Rather than celebrate with a fresh photo, she used the moment to look back on how dramatically life shifted after that milestone.

”Four years ago, when I clocked a milestone, I took this picture.
”They say life begins at 40, and I genuinely thought I was ready for it. Little did I know that what was ahead of me was far bigger than anything I could have imagined.
”We had just moved to Lagos, into a big mansion. Everything felt like a new beginning. It felt like my birthday was ushering in a season of new blessings.
”Ironically, that “blessing” became the beginning of a needless battle.
”That day was very special to me, so I celebrated it with only my very special people. It was as intimate as anyone could have imagined.
”But even in that small circle, not every eye was happy to witness the growth.
”Some people smiled with me while secretly envying what they saw. And somewhere behind those smiles, plans were already being made.
”Today is not the day to tell my story.
”Today is the day to share some of the lessons life has taught me between October 2024 and today..”
