Former South African President Jacob Zuma escapes unharmed after his official state car was hit by a drunk driver in KwaZulu-Natal, sparking speculation about the crash’s intention.
Reports confirm that Jacob Zuma’s car was struck by a drunk driver on Thursday evening in his home province of KwaZulu-Natal, with no injuries reported.
However, Musa Mkhize of uMkhonto we Sizwe (MK) suggests the crash may have been deliberate, coinciding with Zuma’s campaign efforts for the upcoming elections.
Zuma, suspended by the African National Congress (ANC) and facing previous corruption allegations, maintains his entitlement to official protection despite being barred from the upcoming election due to a prior jail sentence.
