A former Supreme Court judge, Justice Niki Tobi, is dead. He died last Friday at the National Hospital, Abuja, from an undisclosed ailment.
It was also learnt that he has been battling the undisclosed ailment for a while. His corpse has since been deposited at the Garki Hospital mortuary in Abuja.
