Renowned Greek singer Marinella was hospitalized on Thursday after collapsing during a performance at Athens’ historic Odeon of Herodes Atticus

The 86-year-old folk singer suffered a medical emergency and fell on stage during a tribute concert. Audience members captured the incident on video.
According to hospital reports, Marinella experienced a serious vascular stroke and is currently in intensive care.
A prolific artist with a six-decade career, Marinella has released 66 solo albums and represented Greece in the 1974 Eurovision song contest.
