Cristiano Ronaldo has once again backed himself as football’s greatest, insisting that no player in history is as complete as he is
In an interview with El Chiringuito TV, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner confidently stated:
“I am the best player ever, I believe that. I’m fast, I’m strong, [I score] with my header, with the left—no one has ever been more complete than me.”
Ronaldo, who holds the record for the most goals in professional football, emphasized that his statistics prove his dominance.
“If I finish on 920, 925 goals… it doesn’t matter to me at all. I am the best in history. Period. If I reach 1,000 goals, great. If not, that’s fine too. Numbers don’t lie.”
The Portuguese legend has won major titles in Portugal, England, Spain, Italy, and Saudi Arabia, further cementing his legacy.
He remains a central figure in the greatest-of-all-time debate, with many believing he is indeed the best.
