Portable, has fired back at his colleague, Speed Darlington, after being invited to perform at his upcoming concert
Speed Darlington, whose real name is Darlington Okoye, had reached out to Portable for his April 13 event. However, Portable rejected the offer, accusing him of attempting to use his name for promotion.
Mocking Speed Darlington’s image, Portable declared that he was far from being a “tout” like him, emphasizing his global success. “I’m a hero, a superstar, a celebrity. I perform everywhere—in London, in America,” he stated.
The Zazu crooner set a steep price for his participation, demanding N20 million to appear at the show. He also alleged that Speed Darlington had previously messaged him on Instagram, claiming to offer a staggering N500 million.
Concluding his response, Portable made it clear that he doesn’t associate with financially struggling individuals, taking yet another swipe at his colleague.
