Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has fired back at fellow actress Angela Okorie after she publicly defended content creator Caramel Plug in their ongoing dispute over an AI-edited image and even went on to describe Anita as a “bad person.”
The controversy began after Anita shared an AI-edited version of a photo, replacing her own face onto Caramel Plug’s outfit.
Caramel was displeased with the edit and called Anita out publicly, insisting the alteration was disrespectful. During their exchange, Caramel rejected Anita’s explanations and even warned her to stop calling her “baby.”

Despite the backlash, Anita maintained that she would not be blamed, claiming the edit was the handiwork of her “AI BOY.”
Angela Okorie later weighed into the drama, siding with Caramel Plug and criticising Anita over the incident. Angela also described Anita as a bad person, prompting the actress to respond with a series of blistering posts directed at her.
Anita wrote:
“Angela okorie
Ala Ala ougouo gi there, kitikpalcha gi Anya tu go take care of your min d village, then the guas of or land might forgive you stulu na enwe chi onye uche
Your sickness is back, ilago gbana!!
You have started again, my god mum helped you out of prison the last time, this time around you will live there, remember no body came to rescue you mpama.”
She followed it up with another post, threatening legal action against Angela.
“Angela Okorie
Who gave you-new drugs?
You’re out of ur cage again anu mpama
I will arrest you and you won’t come out
No one is coming to save you cloutina.”
Anita further alleged that Angela had previously begged her godmother for help, claiming she refused to forgive her because she believed she would repeat the same behaviour.
“I know how you begged my godmum to help you
She said I should forgive you, I said naaa, like I knew you were going to escape yaba left again.
