Nollywood actor Baba Ijesha has formally spoken since leaving prison, reiterating that he’s neither a pedophile nor rapist
Speaking during an interview on Talk to B hosted by Biola Bayo, when asked to explain what really happened in the case, he denie all allegations and claimed he was betrayed.
“Princess herself knows she has betrayed everyone, I have never done anything with her…
The problem started where I declined the introduction Princess planned for me.”
He went further to reject the accusations that led to his conviction, saying:
“I’m not a pdophile, I am not a rpist.”
The actor also brought up his past relationship with actress Iyabo Ojo, stating:
“Iyabo Ojo has kept Priscilla and her brother in my custody before when they were younger.”
The interview marks his first detailed public response since regaining freedom after serving his jail term. Authorities had earlier clarified that his release was based on completing his sentence, not because he was cleared of the offence.
