A social commentator Isaac Fayose has criticized the country’s leadership, expressing concern over the worsening economic and security challenges facing citizens.
Speaking on the state of the nation, Fayose argued that Nigerians are being burdened by both economic pressures and insecurity, drawing a comparison between government authorities and criminal elements operating within the country.
Isaac stated;
“In Nigeria, we have two governments. One is collecting taxes, while the other is collecting ransom. Same country, and they both have one thing in common making life difficult and turning it into a living hell for Nigerians.
The one collecting taxes will come, collect your taxes, then share rice and semolina. The one collecting ransom will do giveaways on social media. One country, two different governments.
But in other countries, they have one government, and their countries are organized and beautiful.”
