Popular singer Joeboy, has announced Kvng Vidarr as the first artist signed to his label, Young Legend.
Sharing his excitement on Instagram, Joeboy wrote, “Super excited to announce our first talent under Young Legend! Welcome to the family, @kvngvidarr. His EP drops this Friday – show him some love!”
Kvng Vidarr, also known as Momoh Oshiotseameh Luke, grew up in Ikorodu, Lagos, and comes from Edo state.
Earlier this year, Joeboy launched the ‘Young Legend’ label after parting ways with Mr Eazi’s emPawa Africa.
He also signed a distribution deal with Warner Music to support his label’s global reach.
Joeboy has earned various accolades, including ‘Best Artiste in African Pop’ at AFRIMA in 2019 and ‘Best Pop’ at the 2020 Soundcity MVP Awards.
In November 2023, he released a 5-track EP titled ‘Body, Soul & Spirit’ and plans to release a full album this year.
