Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State has officially left the Peoples Democratic Party to join the ruling All Progressives Congress
Speaking during a statewide broadcast on Friday, Fintiri announced that the move was taken alongside members of his cabinet and other PDP stakeholders in the state.
According to the governor, the decision was driven by what he described as the overall development and best interest of the people of Adamawa State.
