The pop star debuted a closely-shorn buzz cut on Instagram on Friday, after ditching his much-criticized blonde dreadlocks.
The 22-year-old shared a fuzzy selfie that appeared to be taken backstage before his Friday night concert at the Verizon Center in Washington, DC.
