Kai Cenat has announced that he is single, sparking a response from his former girlfriend Gabrielle “Gigi” Alayah, who denied any allegations of cheating and clarified that she was the one who ended their relationship
The Twitch streamer shared a brief message on X amid rising speculation about the end of his relationship with Alayah, a fellow influencer and content creator.

Cenat had publicly confirmed their relationship in December 2024 during his birthday livestream, putting an end to months of fan speculation. He said at the time that dating Alayah had made him happier and more focused, noting that they met in Manhattan and that the relationship had positively influenced his mindset.
In response to the breakup rumors, Alayah posted on social media, writing: “I left, now you wanna get on the internet and rush to paint a false narrative about off a FAKE twitter post is insane. I’ve never cheated on you, and YOU know that. I have never dealt with that man… play that sympathetic role somewhere else pls.”

For weeks, online rumors had suggested Alayah was unfaithful or involved with rapper NBA YoungBoy—claims she strongly denied. Neither Cenat nor Alayah has shared further details about why their relationship ended.
