Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arizabalaga has agreed to a new contract with reduced terms, paving the way for his loan transfer to Bournemouth

The 29-year-old Spain international, who joined Chelsea in 2018 for a record £72 million, has struggled to establish himself as the club’s first-choice goalkeeper.
After a loan stint at Real Madrid last season, Kepa returned to Chelsea but sought regular playing time elsewhere.
To facilitate his departure, Kepa signed a new deal with reduced terms.
Meanwhile, Chelsea has secured the signing of 19-year-old goalkeeper Mike Penders from Belgian club KRC Genk.
