Social commentator Isaac Fayose thinks Bobrisky’s support during his prison time was because of his social connections.
Fayose said Bobrisky is a good person who helps others and is well-liked by his friends. This led to them raising N18.7 million to help him while he was in jail. Bobrisky was arrested in April 2024 for naira abuse and sentenced to six months in prison.
After his release on August 5, he appeared to have gained weight and looked healthier. People online noted the loyalty of his friends. In his thank-you message, Bobrisky thanked several people who supported him financially, including actresses Tonto Dikeh and Funke Akindele, music producer Don Jazzy, and footballer Victor Osimhen.
Isaac Fayose, brother of former Ekiti state governor Ayo Fayose, used this opportunity to encourage others to build strong social connections.
