Kim Kardashian recently sparked curiosity with a unique photo shoot featuring Elon Musk’s $30,000 Tesla bot
Questions arose about whether the billionaire paid the 44-year-old reality star for the collaboration.
A representative for Kardashian clarified to ‘The New York Times’ that she was not financially compensated for the shoot.
However, the outlet pointed out that Kim had previously been fined $1.26 million by the SEC for failing to disclose a $250,000 payment she received to promote cryptocurrency on Instagram.
The clarification appeared in a story titled ‘Is Kim Kardashian Trying to Tell Us Something?’, which explored how the photo shoot led to speculation that Kim might support president-elect Donald Trump due to Musk’s well-known friendship with him.
The article also revisited Kim’s previous collaboration with Trump to secure the release of prisoner Alice Marie Johnson and her friendship with Ivanka Trump.
Despite these connections, Kim has mostly remained publicly neutral on political matters.
