For Korra Obidi, being a single mother has opened her eyes to a reality many can relate to: good men are rare.
In a recent video, the dancer and mother of two said;
“It isn’t until you’re a single mother that you will know there’s a scarcity of good men. As popular and international as I am, I only see one or two good men a year, and they are all taken.”
Think about that for a moment. Can you imagine searching for love and feeling like the right person is always just out of reach?
Have you ever met someone who seemed perfect, only to find they are unavailable? Do you think good men are truly that rare, or is it more about timing?
For Korra, this is not about giving up. She says it is about understanding life’s truths and being careful and selective with her heart.
Acknowledging the scarcity is not despair. It is clarity, and clarity can guide anyone toward the love they truly deserve.
