Nollywood filmmaker Kunle Afolayan has celebrated his daughter Eyiyemi’s 20th birthday with a lovely post on Instagram
He wished her a happy birthday and prayed for her growth, prosperity, and happiness.
In his post, Kunle wrote in a mix of English and Yoruba, “Omo mi Eyiyemi! Mo gbaa ladura pe, mi o ni fi oju sunkun e, waa dagba, waa s’orire. Eledumare a fun e ni ogbon ati oye. Oo ni te, Inu e a dun Happy 20th birthday I love you @eyiyemi.afolayan”.
Translated, it roughly means “My child Eyiyemi! I pray that we won’t cry for you, you’ll grow, you’ll prosper. God will give you wisdom and knowledge. You’ll be happy, your heart will be happy.”
