He was said to have committed the offence on September 7, 2023.

Police prosecutor Nelson Akintimehin, informed the court that the defendant conspired with a sister of the deceased, Aminat Ijeoma Bakare, to forge the Will with the intent to defraud one Oluwamodupe Ejelonu without her consent.

Akintimehin said the offence contravened Sections 516 and 467(2)(f) of the Criminal Code Law of Ondo State, 2006.

Agunloye pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The prosecutor requested an adjournment to enable him to assemble his witnesses and to consolidate the two charges before the court.

Presiding Magistrate, Kolawole Aro, granted the defendant N2m bail and two sureties.
