Manchester United have secured the signing of Brazilian forward Matheus Cunha from Wolverhampton Wanderers after reaching an agreement to activate his £62.5 million release clause

Cunha, who enjoyed an impressive campaign with Wolves — scoring 15 goals and registering 6 assists in 33 Premier League appearances — has also agreed to personal terms with United.
He is set to sign a five-year contract and is expected to take over the iconic No. 10 jersey, previously worn by Marcus Rashford.
The 25-year-old sees the move to Old Trafford as a major step forward in his career and is eager to make his mark at one of Europe’s biggest clubs. The deal is expected to be officially completed once the season concludes.
