Former Big Brother Naija winner Mercy Eke has said whatever issues existed between her and fellow reality star Tacha are firmly in the past.
Speaking during an appearance on Toke Makinwa’s podcast, Mercy explained that the tension people still associate with them no longer reflects their relationship.
According to her, they both moved on long ago, even if some fans still hold on to what happened during their time on the reality show.
She said the rivalry that started in the BBNaija house never followed them into real life, adding that they have always been cordial whenever they crossed paths after the show.
She said:
“Tacha and I have gone past the Big Brother saga. In fact, while fans were going tooth and nail, we would see each other and hug outside.”
Mercy also said she prefers to form her own opinions about people instead of relying on what others say.
“I like to experience people myself even if you tell me someone is a bad person,” she stated.
