Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, has described his father as the greatest president in Nigeria’s history, praising his contributions to youth empowerment and economic development
In a viral video, Seyi addressed a group of youths, emphasizing that Tinubu has created opportunities for young Nigerians and built an economy that benefits everyone.
“It was never politics, but they keep coming for me, they keep coming for my family, they keep coming for your father, they keep coming for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the greatest president in the history of Nigeria,” he said.
“He is the only president that has kept your people at home, the only president that considers youths, the only president that created a platform for young people to fly. The only president that created an economy that has benefited everybody, the only president that is not trying to enrich his own pocket.”
However, activist and politician Omoyele Sowore has strongly disagreed, calling Tinubu a terrible president.
Sowore criticized the administration for its handling of the economy, claiming that 7.2 million businesses have shut down since Tinubu took office. He also accused the president of implementing economic policies that are weakening the naira.
Posting on X, Sowore expressed his disapproval, blaming Tinubu’s leadership for Nigeria’s worsening economic situation.
