Regina Daniels’ eldest brother has claimed that their other sibling, Sammy, who has allegedly been in detention will not be released because their sister’s estranged husband, Ned Nwoko has said the actress must return home for Sammy to see another daylight
He made the claim in a post shared on his IG.
He calls the situation an abuse of power and a form of intimidation.
He also vowed to share a petition link soon, begging Nigerians to please sign.
His words;
“Sammy does not have a right to legal aide. Sammy does not have a right to be seen. Sammy has had nothing to eat or drink. Sammy is alive? I no longer know! Sammy’s location has been undisclosed. Is this still an arrest, kidnap, or intimidation and abuse of power?
Ned said, and I quote, if Regina does not come back home, Sammy will never be released!”
He added that all attempts to provide legal assistance have been blocked, revealing that lawyers are ready to act but are being prevented from seeing Sammy.
“I’d be releasing a petition link soon. Do so well to sign! Lawyers are on standby, but Sammy can’t be seen or solicited for as instructed by Ned till Regina comes back,” he stated.
