Oba of Benin, Oba Erediauwa is no more. The 38th Oba of Benin, His Royal Majesty Omo n’Oba n’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo Erediauwa I, died this afternoon after battling an unknown illness.
His death was announced few hours by the Iyase of Benin Kingdom, Chief Sam Igbe. He was 93.
