Billionaire King Ochacho has made it clear that the N400 million house he gifted Peller is fully meant for him, after questions were raised about who actually owns the property.
According to Ochacho, the house was not given to Peller on a temporary basis, and his son does not have any share in it. He said he decided to make the gift because he wanted to bless Peller, and he is now prepared to take further steps to make the ownership clear.
In his recent post, he said:
“I say make I bless my younger brother Peller, una come dey vex for me. My son no get half of the house, It has been given to him for life. I’m even going to court so they declare that the house has been given to him for life not temporarily”.
He explained that he is willing to go to court to have the arrangement properly recognised, so there would be no confusion over the property in the future.
The billionaire had earlier promised Peller the N400 million Abuja mansion, and the property documents have since been handed over to the content creator. With him now talking about taking the matter to court, he appears determined to put the ownership question beyond doubt.
