Veteran Nollywood actor Odurukwe Ken is asking for financial support as he struggles to pay for the treatment of his cataracts.
The actor is facing difficulties covering the cost of medication and hospital care needed to treat his eye condition. He is hoping to get the medical attention he needs before the problem gets worse.
In a post shared, the actor said, So far, only two of his colleagues, Lizzy Gold and Destiny Etiko, have offered him financial assistance. Both actresses reportedly gave him N100,000 each to support his treatment.
After years of working in the Nigerian movie industry and appearing in several films, Odurukwe Ken is now relying on the kindness of well-meaning Nigerians to help him through this difficult period.
He is now pleading to the general public for further financial assistance to afford his treatment and get the proper care his eyes require.
