Peller has responded to criticism over his TikTok livestream with presidential aspirant Peter Obi, explaining that the former Anambra State governor was the one who reached out to him about going live together.
Addressing those accusing him of getting involved in politics, Peller said he was not trying to promote any presidential candidate or tell anyone who to vote for.
“He explained that he only wanted to have a conversation with Obi on his platform and allow his audience to ask questions.
Peller said:
“Peter Obi reached out to me, saying he wants to do a livestream with me on TikTok. Before you people judge me, I am not promoting any presidential candidate, and I am not asking you to vote for Peter Obi. I just want to stream with him on my platform.
“It will be a question-and-answer session, and you will send me the questions you want to ask him.”
