Peller has been granted N500k bail after appearing before a Lagos Magistrate Court over allegations linked to an encounter with police officers on Lagos’ Coastal Road
Peller and his associate, Bello Oladipo, were arraigned on three counts, including allegedly obstructing police officers in the course of their duties, resisting lawful arrest, and engaging in conduct capable of causing a breach of public peace by allegedly threatening and recording officers while they were on duty.

The case arose from an incident on July 2 after police reportedly stopped Peller for driving a vehicle without a number plate. While the TikToker maintained that he had only recently bought the car, officers insisted he accompany them to the police station.
According to the prosecution, the pair allegedly resisted ASP Agbede Victor and three other officers, preventing them from carrying out their official responsibilities during the incident.
Both defendants denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty when the charges were read in court.
Following their arraignment, the magistrate admitted each defendant to bail in the sum of ₦500,000 with two sureties.
The court further directed that one of the sureties must be a blood relative and ordered both men to submit tax clearance certificates covering the last two years before they can perfect their bail.
