snow.
Nicknamed “the n*ked one” by baffled locals, he
was spotted walking through snow covered streets in freezing temperatures in
Kazakhstan. Several of those that spotted him posted images online.

One of the people who spotted the n*ked man taking the nippy
stroll was a driver who recording him on their dash cam as they were passing by

People noticed that the man seemed to be completely
oblivious to his surroundings and walking along as if it was perfectly normal
to be completely in the buff.

At one point he popped into a local council building and was
not apparently stopped or arrested, and he was later seen going into a bank.

The only opposition he faced was when he was spotted by a
security guard in an office building and thrown out.

Local media have reported that the man might face charges.
