Former BBNaija winner Phyna has advised the 2026 housemates not to get carried away by the attention they receive from fans, warning that the excitement surrounding their newfound fame may not last.
Phyna urged the contestants not to let fans provoke them or make them feel like superstars because of their newfound recognition.
During a livestream, she said:
“No let any fans ragebait you. They will make you feel like a superstar, but after one month, it is gone”.
She encouraged the housemates to stay grounded and remember that public attention can fade quickly, even after the excitement of appearing on the reality show.
Her advice comes as Season 11 housemate Flora recently complained about the pressure of celebrity life, revealing that she does not have a car or house and is already tired of the expectations surrounding her new status.
