Primeboy has filed a lawsuit against the Nigeria Police Force, alleging human rights violations
The suit was filed at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, on October 11, 2024.
The Lagos State Police Command declared Primeboy wanted on October 4, 2023, for not responding to invitations tied to Mohbad’s d3ath investigation.
However, Primeboy voluntarily reported to the police the next day.
Through his lawyer, Akinpelu Ogunbona, Primeboy requests that the court declare the special police gazette bulletin violating his right to dignity and remove his name from the wanted list.
This legal action follows Primeboy’s announcement to sue Mohbad’s mother, Abosede Adeyemo-Aloba, for alleged defamation.
