Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie has taken to social media to share her thoughts on what constitutes a good wife and a virtuous woman
This comes following a video of Judy Austin, giving Yul Edochie a grand welcome from his outing.
Rita emphasized that true love and devotion should not be measured by constant social media postings or attention-seeking behavior.
Instead, she encouraged women to focus on making meaningful contributions to their families and communities.
According to Rita, a good wife is not determined by how loudly she praises her husband or how many videos she posts on social media. Rather, it is the quality of her character, her virtues, and her substance that truly matter.
Rita wrote:
“It is only an idle woman with no busy schedule that sits at home waiting for a man to return home every day so she can shout at the top of her voice, making videos and showering him with praises all in the name of Peace of Mind.
The quality of a good wife is never determined by shouting and reigning praises on a man.
She can do all of that and still be his worst nightmare tomorrow.
Any woman who constantly comes on social media to sing praises to a man, making classless videos here and there is nothing but an idle liability.
True and natural love doesn’t call for constant filming and making of lousy videos when there are lots of things a reasonable wife should do to get the family on track.
All I know is that the efforts of a virtuous woman can never be silenced. No matter how much you try talking down on her before the world, her visible substance and virtue stand pretty tall.
