BBNaija stars Cross Okonkwo and Venita Akpofure had a brief exchange after Cross asked Venita if she would like to fight Phyna in a boxing match.
In a post, Cross wrote:
“@VenitaAkpofure would you like to fight @unusualphyna. Two strong women. I will definitely pay anything to watch this (boxing ring).”
Venita replied:
“If you suddenly have an appetite to see a woman punched, please send your wife into a boxing ring.”
Cross then told her he was only playing, pointing out that they already know each other.
“lol we are not strangers oo. I dey play with you.”
The boxing talk comes amid the back-and-forth between Phyna and influencer Ashmusy over a proposed boxing match.
Phyna had called out Ashmusy over the fight, while Ashmusy later responded to the claims surrounding the bout. It was against this backdrop that Cross asked Venita if she would like to face Phyna in the ring.
