Former BBNaija star Beauty Tukura has spoken out to reassure fans about the condition of fellow reality TV personality Ilebaye Odiniya after reports of a domestic violence
The worry began after Ilebaye appeared in an emotional Instagram Live session, where she tearfully called for help and alleged that she had been assaulted by her father.
The disturbing video left many fans alarmed, especially as she appeared injured and reportedly unable to leave the house.
As reactions continued to pour in across social media, Beauty stepped in to calm fears, confirming that Ilebaye is currently safe and no longer in danger.
While addressing the situation through a series of posts, Beauty explained that she could not reveal full details because it was not her story to share. She, however, appreciated Nigerians for the support and concern shown toward Ilebaye, adding that the reality star would speak publicly when she feels ready.
She said:
“It’s not my story to tell, but thanks, everyone. Ilebaye is fine, and she’ll tell her story in her time. Thanks, everyone.
“She’s no longer in harm’s way. Thank God.”
