Chinua Soludo, son of Anambra State Governor Professor Chukwuma Soludo, brought joy to patients across the state on Christmas Day by settling hospital bills at three medical facilities
His goodwill tour included St. Joseph’s Hospital in Adazi Nnukwu (Anaocha LGA), General Hospital in Nnobi (Idemili South LGA), and General Hospital in Ekwulobia (Aguata LGA).

At St. Joseph’s Hospital, he settled the bills of more than five patients, including a woman who had been held after discharge; her outstanding bill of N933,500 was fully cleared. In Nnobi, he paid off a bill exceeding N120,000 for a patient treated for acute malaria, enabling the individual to return home in time for Christmas celebrations.
The outreach extended to Ekwulobia General Hospital, where 10 women received assistance covering both medical bills and transportation costs, allowing them to safely spend the holiday with their families.
Beneficiaries and their families expressed deep appreciation, praying for blessings and protection for Soludo, and hailing his actions as a rare act of generosity and compassion in the festive season.
This initiative is not new for Chinua Soludo. Last year, around the same period, he visited Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu Teaching Hospital in Awka, where he cleared the bills of dozens of patients, reinforcing his reputation for charitable engagement.
